This project explores a refill-first packaging system for NESCAFÉ® designed to reduce packaging waste while maintaining the familiarity and convenience consumers already trust.

By introducing a flexible refill pouch that replenishes existing glass jars, the concept transforms traditional instant coffee packaging into a more sustainable and cost-efficient consumption model.
The system combines sustainability, usability, and strong shelf presence into a scalable packaging solution tailored for modern everyday coffee habits.

With its strong international presence, NESCAFÉ® has built deep cultural relevance across diverse markets, including Mexico—one of the world’s largest coffee-consuming countries and one of NESCAFÉ’s most important consumer markets.
